“Started in 2014 with an experienced team, we have grown step by step. The safety of our team and the quality of our trainings are my top priorities. We remain flexible to meet your needs in full compliance with EASA rules. Synchronous Distance Learning (SDL) is a routine for our theoretical instructors, while practical training—with real access to tools, maintenance manuals, and aircraft—is a must. A pre-approval form is required before organizing practical sessions at your facilities. Since 2020, we have embraced digitalization: SDL, our e-learning platform, and online examination phases through our examination webpage are fully operational and approved by the French CAA.”

YOU ARE OUR PRIORITY
Aero Ground Training (AGT) is an independent French Maintenance Training Organisation with extensive international experience. We specialize in type training courses for maintenance, engineering, Civil Aviation Authority, and CAMO requirements.
Since April 2020, AGT has been approved to conduct Level 3 theoretical training via Synchronous Distance Learning (SDL). We also offer Level 1 and 2 courses through blended learning—contact us for details.
Our team includes over 10 approved instructors listed in our MTOE, representing 8 different nationalities. All internal training is conducted in English, ensuring global standards.

Laurent Lefrancois
Examination & Training Manager
Throughout his career, he has held several positions including Mechanic, Engineer, Flight Engineer, Pilot, and Instructor for pilots and engineers, and later Head of Maintenance Training.
In 2014, he founded AGT S.A.S with a team of two members. Today, AGT delivers training to customers around the world.
Olivier Peloso
Quality Manager
After 20 years as a B2 Engineer in the French Navy, he became Head of CAMO for the Dassault Rafale fleet in the Navy for 10 years.
He joined AGT in 2014 as Deputy Quality Manager and was appointed Quality Manager in September 2020.
Hard-working and open-minded, he serves as a key link between AGT’s operations and the French Civil Aviation Authority.
